What is Blakes 7?

Created by Terry Nation, who is most often associated with Doctor Who, Blake's 7 was a British Science Fiction series that ran for four series from 1977-1981 on BBC1.  Blake's 7 was set in a future run by the fascist Federation and followed the exploits of a small group of freedom fighters led by Roj Blake.

The series ended with possibly the best ending ever for a Sci-Fi series.

Who are the 7?  Damn good question!
