Star Trek - The Next Generation

Quality of sculpts 3
Character selection 3
Playability  3
Overall  3
The second TNG release sees inclusion of Romulans, Cardassians and Ferengi.  Sculpts are as to be expected, but none really stand out.

That's not to say I don't like the set, I do, and will probably play them more than some of my Marvel or DC, not to mention they're great for RPG miniatures.

02 Romulan Officer

The Romulans were a humanoid race from the planet Romulus. The Romulans were biological cousins of Vulcans, descended from those who rejected Surak's reforms during the Time of Awakening. The Romulan Star Empire was the Romulan polity and one of the major powers in the galaxy by the 24th century.
This figure is based on Taris, the commanding officer of the Romulan warbird Haakona.

07 Starfleet Admiral

This figure is based on Alynna Nechayev. Nechayev was a significant figure in Starfleet's dealings with the Cardassian Union and a fierce advocate of Federation security. She was Captain Jean-Luc Picard's direct superior.

12 Ferengi Salvage Crew

The Ferengi were a warp-capable humanoid species from the planet Ferenginar. Ferengi civilization was built on free enterprise, where earning profit was the sole meaningful goal in life, superseding all other endeavours.  The early Ferengi encountered were animalistic, but they slowly developed as the series went on.

The Ferengi have made many appearances in The Next Generation, starting with "The Last Outpost" (Season One).

18 Sela

Commander Sela was a military officer in the Romulan military, and an extremely important figure in the Empire's covert attempts to destabilize both the Federation and the Klingon Empire. She was the product of a union between Starfleet officer Tasha Yar's counterpart from an alternate timeline and a Romulan general.

22 Duras

Duras, son of Ja'rod, and leader of the House of Duras, was a powerful and ambitious political figure in the Klingon Empire during the late 24th century. He and his family gained notoriety for their use of dishonorable and sometimes treasonous tactics in order to accumulate and maintain power, which culminated in the Klingon Civil War of 2367-2368.
