Many worlds are visited by the Warriors of Gar, here are a few of the more worlds of our campaign that don't have enough info to take up a page to themselves. Official worlds commonly used: Coruscant, Elrood Sector, Tapani Sector, Mrlsst, Bespin, Lianna, Nal Hutta, Tatooine, Rodia, Ryloth, Byblos, Ossus.
Warriors of Gar Worlds Arkadia (Rebel Era) Location: Edge of Unknown Regions Function: Colony Arkadia is almost a dark mirror of Coruscant. Located on the edge of the Unknown Regions Arkadia is a sprawling metropolis. The planet is over-populated with much of the population living in squalid high-rise self-contained apartment blocks. Lawlessness is a growing concerns, even for the strict JUDGES that try to maintain order on the planet. GM Note: Treat Arkadia as Mega City One, i.e. a Judge Dredd cross-over.
Astro Seas (Rebel Era) Location: Outer Rim Function: Draygons adopted homeworld This asteroid belt is all that is left of the planet Iskalonia after the planet was destroyed by the Draygons. The Draygons have now set up home in the Asteroid belt using stole Verpine technology to navigate the dangerous space. The asteroids prove a great defense. Despite being out-numbered the Draygons have so far fought off every attempt by the Empire to eliminate their Astro-Seas base. The Draygon bases are in the caves of some of the larger asteroids near the centre of the field.
Duran (Jedi - New Rep.) Location: Expanse Region, near Zeltros Function: Mining colony The planet Duran is a large red dusty planet. The planet is very dry with water coming from underground springs or through the use of moisture vaporators. Duran is a world of heavy industry and totally under the control of the Empire. The Empire has numerous Garriosons on the planet with an orbital perimeter of starships to protect their investments. Despite the high Imperial presence small cells of resistance have started operating on the planet to try and undermine Imperial production. The factories on Duran produce a nearly everything, from comlinks to capital starship ion generators.
Durroon (Rebel Era) Location: Outer Rim, near Corporate Sector Function: Farming colony This world is not to be confused with Duroon of the Corporate Sector. Durroon is a peaceful farming world. It's soils are rich producing much food stuffs for the Corporate Sector. Despite the close ties with the Corporate Sector Durroon falls out of their jurisdiction and under the rule of the Empire. The Capital port is Duran, both a spaceport and sea port. Durroon has few major highways with locals without aircars having to navigate winding country lanes. One of the most prominent figures to live on Durroon is Jan Vincent Torm, who is secretly allied with the Rebel Alliance.
Gammanda (Rebel Era) Location: Outer Rim Function: Homeworld - Gammandains Gammanda is a large wet swampy planet. Little trade passes through Gammanda, especially since the rise of the Empire. The Gammandains are blue skinned near-humans. They have black hair and have amazing healing. Their society is that of a Monarchy, currently ruled by the King and his children Prince Borg, Prince Bullrog and Princess Sulin. Gammandain technology is extremely high. Scientists theories that Gammanda is in fact at the centre of a time paradox. A King from the future sent technology back in time to the King of the present to learn the technology. This would explain why Gammanda closes it's borders. The Empire did make one attempt to invade Gammanda, an invasion that ended disastrously for the Empire.
Jackal (Rebel Era) Location: Outer Rim, nr. Anoth off the Hydian Way hyper-lane Function: None This distant moon is a odd world far from the galactic community. Jackal is a small planet boasting a temperate climate with two major continent. Several primitive tribes live on the Western continent. The Eastern continent is believed to be uninhabited. The force is strong on the planet with many unexplained, and apparently magical happening. The only off-worlders permitted to settle on Jackal is that of a small Gammandain energy refinery on a floating sea base. Jackal is protected by two immensely powerful beings, Veealakk and Randalf. Veealakk is a huge Dragon, believed by scientists to have possibly relations to Krayyt Dragons. Veealakk resides below the planets surface, submerging himself in the lava of an active volcano on a small northern hemisphere island. Randalf is an odd creature capable immense feats of strength. Randalf can also turn into a swarm of insects that can eat through virtually anything.
Kardak Prime (Jedi - New Rep.) Location: Inner Rim Function: Library, Centre of learning During the days of the Old Republic Kardak Prime was a world of beauty. It's towers reaching into the planets upper atmosphere were a credit to the galaxies finest architects. Kardak Prime was a centre of learning boasting one of the galaxies finest libraries, one that even rivaled that of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. When the Emperor rose to power he wanted control of knowledge. The libraries of Kardak Prime held much information on the Jedi, and even the Sith. The Emperor set his spies to loot the libraries of Kardak Prime of all their greatest secrets. The Emperor then ordered Kardak Prime destroyed. The tallest towers were turned to rubble, and the lush landscape turned into a radiactive wasteland. Now the planets is barely capable of supporting life, yet it does. Several towers still stand and are hope to the devastated Kardak population. The towers are now self-sufficient, but many of the population are dying from radiation sickness. Although this could be easily cured the planet cannot get enough of the drugs required. Travel between towers must be on a starship, with the weather now a seemingly endless radiation storm. Using Kardak Prime: It is very probable that the some of the libraries survived. Either hidden by the population or in lost catacombs below the surface of the planet. This could prove a valuable source of information, especially to budding Jedi.
Klaa Space Location: Unknown Regions The Klaa are a proud warrior race. Since a war with the Jedi many centuries ago the Klaa have closed their borders, and they protect them efficiently and mercilessly. Ships crossing into Klaa Space are often attacked and destroyed without question. No navigational information is available on Klaa Space, so if the unwary space traveler does cross their borders, their in serious trouble.
Mentor Location: Mid Rim, nr. Togoria Function: Mining colony Mentor is a giant of a world rich in many precious Ores. The planet has been caught in the middle of ownership disputes between the Miners Guild, Trade Federation, Corporate Sector, Republic/Empire and independent companies for centuries, and still the disputes continue. The planets surface is inhospitable and vacuum suits must be worn at all times. Mines, from small independent companies to the giant corporate domes, are scattered across the planets surface. Dozens of bulk freighters can be found in orbit at all times as well. Although the planets is not directly under Imperial control, and has no planetary governor, the Empire does patrol the system and makes sure it's hefty taxes are adhered to.
Xxanos (Jedi Era) Location: Mid Rim Function: Ancient Sith World By the time the ancient Jedi found this world it's ruler, the Sith Lord Draykmihr, had been dead for centuries, possible millennia. The Jedi discovered Drayhmirs ancient Temple, a giant pyramid all but submerged by the rise in sea level. The planet is now mostly under water, and what small landmasses there are are muddy swampland. There is no intelligent life on the world but a multitude of creatures populate the world. Who knows what secrets the oceans of Xxanos hold.
Zita Major (Jedi Era) Location: Mid Rim Function: Gran heavy industry colony The Gran had run ruled the world of Zita Major for many years without hitch. Their relations with neighboring systems, the Trade Federation and the Republic were all good. The black metal tower blocks rose to great heights with a criss-cross of walkways connecting them. At planet level the world was starting to show cracks with rivers of lava visible. The atmosphere was always overcast with smog clouds and scid rain was a common occurrence. Unfortunately The Mandarin and Lord Insidious Vile chose to use this small world as a testing ground for their new weapon. Although the Sith were eventually defeated by the Republic fleet, and the Sith Lord Insidious Vile killed, the price was insurmountable as the planet of Zita Major exploded!
