Space station K-25 is a deep space refuel and monitoring station on the Federation/Klingon border.  While it services Starfleet personnel and vessels it remains a civilian operation, currently ran by the Deltan Superintendent Lilianna.

Small amounts of trade passes through the station, mostly on small cargo vessels travelling between Federation and Klingon space.  The station maintains a relaxed atmosphere and provides modest accommodation and refreshments to travellers.

Those wishing for company, food and drink will find themselves in Mog's Restaurant where the owner Mog serves the finest Klingon cuisine, or at least that is what he claims.
