Gosruk is an Orion Crime Lord on the planet Terraxia XI.  His lack of morals means he is willing to deal with any who will pay for his services, regardless of the cost to the lives of others.  The USS Dudley briefly met with Gosruk when tracking down the stolen Genesis Device.

Kyyhl Ch'Vanquish is an Andorian weapons dealer on the planet Terraxia IX.  He was spotted by the crew of the USS Dudley in Geriks Bar, but no interaction with him was made.

Vox is a Nausicaan Pirate who has worked several times for the Orion Syndicate.  It was Vox and his crew that attacked the Federation Space Station and stole the Genesis device.  Vox was killed when his ship was destroyed by the USS Dudley as he tried to flee Terraxia IX with the Genesis Device.

Lursa and B'etor are the would be Klingon traitors of House Duras.  The crew of the USS Dudley briefly encounter them on Terraxia IX, though the reason for them being there was never discovered.  In their brief interaction they appeared to be familiar with Lt. Vec's family.

Lira Bliss was a Bajoran Starfleet Officer.  But the years of Cardassian rule of Bejor while the Federation seemingly did nothing had made her bitter.  She was involved with the Genesis project and used her position to gain high security access which she used to betray the Federation by making a deal with Romulans to destroy the Cardassian homeworld.  While her plan failed Lira Bliss was able to escape capture.

Lt. Cal served aboard the USS Dudley but was in fact a Romulan spy.  No details of his history have been found.  It was with Cal that Lira Bliss conspired to steal the Genesis Device and use it to destroy the Cardassian homeworld.  Cal escaped capture along with Lira Bliss.

Daimon Zork is, simply put, a pirate.  While he operates under the mantle of the Fenergi Commerce Guild he is generally an independent operator who preys on the weak, looting and stealing at every opportunity.  The USS Dudley encountered Daimon Zork in the Hellenia system where he was trying to extort money from the local primitive population.  He may have succeeded in his plan without the intervention of the USS Dudley and the re-powered goddess Aphrodite.  The fate of Daimon Zork is unknown.
