Captain Hubert is one of the youngest Captains in Starfleet.  He comes from a family of officers and he was fast-tracked through the ranks. 

Somewhat inexperienced, the USS Dudley is his first command.

While not the best at many situations, Hubert Hubert does have a knack for knowing the best man for the job and assigning the work accordingly.

A Tellerate veteran officer.  He spent much of his early career as an Engineer before changing his roles, albeit too late in his career to make Captain.

Commander Gann is more than happy to leave day-to-day operations to the younger crew, only generally involving himself in disagreements.

K'reela Qaan joined Starfleet Academy as a Security cadet, but she was unhappy with her duties and found more satisfaction within the Sciences division. 

She can be hot-headed at times, and can be found off-duty having intense debates with Commander Gann.  With a Klingon now serving in Security she sometimes wishes she could be serving as a Security officer again, and will volunteer for away missions with a Security detachment.

Due to her outstanding work Qaan has recently been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Chief Engineer.

Nurse Akio Ogawa is the younger sister of Alyssa Ogawa who serves aboard the Starship Enterprise.  She follows in her sisters footsteps not only into starfleet but into the medical profession.  A confident and self-assured Starfleet Officer.

Ensign T'pok is a young Vulcan.  It was never her intention to join Starfleet, but Starfleet proved the most logical route to pursuing her science career.  While she comes from a strong Vulcan family she on occasions struggles to control her emotions, often showing much passion for her work.

Ensign Xim only wanted to be a pilot, and has even turned down promotion that would take him away from the helm of a starship.  A jovial fellow often found off-duty enjoying a laugh and a drink in the ships galley.

Jaxa is not a Starfleet officer, but a civilian who serves in the ships galley.  She is a freed Orion slave, though shows no resentment against her former owners or life.

Jaxa works for Berik.  She tries to avoid most of the crew in her spare time, although she has a little crush on Captain Hubert.  Her secret pastime is watching old Earth black & white movies, with Casablanca being her favourite.

A career Starfleet officer and superb tactical officer.

In his spare time he plays various instruments and listens to Edosian opera

Astra is the ships Boslic astromentics scientist.  She is a bit of a loner and does not like her work interrupted.  She particularly does not like orders direct form the Captain, whom she believes has not earned his position.

A loyal member of the crew and the security division.  Crewman Dexter is usually assigned bridge duties and reports directly to Lt. Vec.  Dexter finds the Klingon strange but fascinating and endeavours to made his superiors proud.

GM note: I have created this character in honour of the late Dexter Clay who appeared in TNG for two seasons.

The new lieutenant is eager and full of energy, but sometimes a little narcissistic.

He excels at his job and enjoys the company of others, often found in Beriks when off-duty.

Lt. Johansson is in charge of the Botany department aboard the USS Dudley.  She is in an on/off relationship with the mineralogist crewman Drayk.
