Much of Commissioner Sleer's background is classified, as are all members of the Select Committee.  Commissioner Sleer was appointed by the Emperor himself as a woman who holds the ideals as close to her heart as the Emperor himself does.  It is highly probable that the Emperor saw a possible ambition in Sleer, but rather than have her eliminated he chose to bring her closer where any treachery would be difficult to go unnoticed.

Commissioner Sleer has recently taken a personal interest in the Tapani Sector.  It was on her authority that ISB Commander Fellows manipulated the bureaucracy to have Keith Lard instated as Moff of the Sector.  Commander Fellows is on strict orders to keep Moff Lard on a short lease.  Commissioner Sleer has also requested that Sir Humphrey be on hand to approve any decisions Moff Lard would try to make.

The Snowman is Commissioner Sleer's personal bodyguard.  Snowman is the product of an attempt to clone the rebel Snowy.  although the cloning was far form a success it did produce a clone with exceptional strength.  The downside is his rage which has forced Commissioner Sleer to have him fitted with an emotion inhibitor.

Sir Humphrey is a dedicated Imperial bureaucrat through and through.  A Tapani House Melantha petty-Knight Sir Humphrey has been in politics all his life.  After graduating from the Mrlsst Academy, with full honours, Sir Humphrey worked as House advisor in the Procopian sub-committee.  His Imperial loyalties did not go unnoticed and he was soon offered his own department within COMPNOR's Commerce division attached to the Tapani Sector Group.  Sir Humphrey has worked his way up legitimately, though he has used every loop-hole the bureaucracy allows.  Now head of the Sector Group for Tapani Sir Hunphrey reports directly to the Sector Moff as well as Commissioner sleer of the Select Committee.

Demise, to all that see her, appears as a human girl in her early teens with very pale skin.  Her actual age is 30, but her body is under-developed, a toll the Dark Side takes from her, but something she can use to her advantage.  Most often no one will take notice of the little girl who looks like she's late for school, let alone suspect her being a high ranking ISB Agent, and Dark Side Force Adept working for Lord Darth Vader.  With that said, to high ranking rebels Demise is one of the most high profile of all ISB agents.

Demise will often employ Bounty Hunters to give her greater numbers where the visual presence of Imperial Troops would cause unnecessary attention.  She is nearing the power where Vader and the Emperor may begin to loose their leash on her.  For this reason Darth Vader personally watches over her every move.

Demise has been responsible for the few failures of the Warriors of Gar, but is currently assigned to the Tapani Sector to investigate House Pelagia, House Melantha and Imperial Grand Admiral Kaine.

Demise smiles a lot, and plays off the innocent schoolgirl image.  However, she is nasty and cruel.  She would not think twice before carrying out cold blooded murder on an innocent.  Even the Imperial Inquisition have backed off when Demise is involved.  She is a cruel and heartless being with no remorse.

Little is known of ISB Commander-14.  Even his existence is believed by many, Imperial and Rebel alike, to be nothing more than a myth.  In truth he does exist and is the result of advanced genetic manipulation.  A highly skilled soldier, Commander-14 has still endured much physical punishment in combat and should have been killed many times.  Commander-14 is routinely given plastic surgery to alter his appearance to blend into a new situation.  He also serves in regular Stormtrooper regiments, though rarely revealing his superior skills.

Commander Damon Thrall has been given charge with rooting out Rebel activity along the Rimma Trade Route from Sullust to Elrood.  His track record however is very poor.  The right side of his body is completely cyborged, something his uses to cause fear in his enemies.  Damon Thraal is a cold blooded man who readily tortures his captives even once they have revealed all the information they know.
